Fe-Ni-Mn合金中等温马氏体的生长过程

本文采用透射电子显微镜研究了Fe-21Ni-4Mn合金中等温马氏体的生长过程,着重探讨了生长过程中亚结构的发展和变化.结果表明,在马氏体生长的初期阶段,小的薄片状马氏体的亚结构完全是以(112)_b为孪晶面的孪晶,并且贯穿整个片内,相界面平直向前生长.稍后阶段,片的生长主要集中在一侧,此例相界面弯曲向前生长,出现非孪晶区域,内含大量位错,同时,片的孪晶弯曲.生长到后期,弯曲的相界面变为平直,邻近相同位向的小片相互联接在一起,形成一宏观惯习面为(252)_f的大马氏体片,而构成大片的小马氏体片的惯习面为(121)_f.

蝶状马氏体形成机理的探讨

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了20Cr2 Ni4、45 CrNi 、30CrMnSi钢中(1200℃进行固体渗碳20 h后淬火)蝶状马氏体的几种形貌.根据马氏体晶体学和相变力矩原理,提出了蝶状马氏体的形成机理,并用它对蝶状马氏体的特性进行了合理的解释;同时发现蝶状马氏体只发生在马氏体比容大、迁移激活能高而导致形核和核长大困难的合金里.当形核困难时,尤其是在压力场下,“伴生核”相变的形核功和核长大功较低,比“普通核”相变更容易发生.核长大功高的合金,当粗大的马氏体片因过高的应变能而停止长大时,可以通过两种方式继续相变:1)在粗马氏体片一侧,沿另一个惯习面长出分支;2)发生“伴生核”相变,在残留的奥氏体中形成蝶状马氏体.

Martensites distributed along the austenite grain boundaries and twin boundaries have been examined in Fe-C,Fe-Ni-C and Fe-Cr-Mn-Mo-C alloys.The martensites may nucleate preferentially and grow easily along these boundaries.In the mixed martensites,the preferentially formed one is plate or butterfly martensite

The substructural development of martensite plates at different stage of the transformation for an Fe-21Ni-4Mn alloy has been investigated by using transmission electron microscope. Twinning was found in small thin platelets at the initial stage.Fine twins extend to the whole platelet.The dislocations and twins were found in the thick platelets at a later stage.Bending of the twins was also observed frequently at this stage.Finally,several platelets coalesce with each other to form a macroscopic(252)_f martensite“plate”.The original habit plane of the individual platelet was measured to be close to(121)_f.
